Project Scope of Work: New windows and infill. Replacement of roof fascia metal, brick replacement, tuckpointing, sealing of new and existing masonry and construction of a new front entrance. Budget, safety and timing were a major concern with this project as most school project. We worked with the architect and the superintendent of the school to stay within $1,700 of their budget on a $100,000 masonry replacement project, and completed the entire scope of work on time and with no change orders other than addition work the district wanted done outside the original scope.
