Project Scope of Work: Martin General Contractors worked closely with Broughton Engineering and Charley Branham to replace an elevator in Troy Middle School with a larger elevator to meet the needs of a handicap student. The original engineers estimate was $400,000 for this project; we completed the project for just under $250,000 to meet the schools budget.
